Contract (London / Reading) Large education site seeks an experienced Interaction Designer. Working within a team of 2 visual designers, 2 back end Information Architects, 2 analytics consultants, and a usability tester - you'll join 2 other interaction designers in a collaborative team where everyone works together and the roles evolve according to each of your strengths. In the first instance you'll be interpreting agile specifications (user stories etc) into clean, beautiful intuitive wireframes, in some cases as statics, in others as clickable prototypes. Due to the way we work, it's important that you are not afraid to step outside your core comfort zone and pitch in helping the others in the team whenever they need it. Being experienced in web design is important - you'll have a design related degree or qualification and several years web experience, backed up by a solid portfolio, and you'll be passionate about interaction design for the web. Experience in Adobe CS suite, and excellent Axure RP Pro skills are a must Pay £300 per day Initially for 3 months but likely extensions out to March 2011 and beyond.
