Full-time (Portland, Oregon) PCD Group, a Portland Oregon interactive agency specializing in web application development and online marketing for the financial service industry has an opening for a full-time Web Designer / Flash Designer.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities: Creative, energetic, and deeply knowledgeable about the latest web technologies. Passionate for creative design and messaging with a solid understanding of its place in finding solutions to clients’ business objectives. Must demonstrate a strong ability to follow best practices and utilize skill and precision in his/her work. This is a challenging job that offers the right person an opportunity to contribute to the changing face of the mobile web, web 2.0 technologies and online marketing. Individual will possess enthusiasm for creating experiences in which the user touches and interacts with corporate brands and the focus will be on user-experience combined with exceptional creative design. Advanced use of Flash with motion graphics design and production experience, as well as intermediate-level Actionscript coding is a must. Experience with digital video/audio design and production is a plus.
Responsibilities:
· Gathering requirements, creating documentation

· Successful Problem Solver
· Must be able to independently take projects from concept to finish
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
