Standard Requirements:
- Cutting edge design skills
- Stunning portfolio
- Working knowledge of Adobe Fireworks
- Good sense of typography, color and white-space
- Solid understanding of CSS & XHTML
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work remotely in an online team environment
Other Helpful qualifications:
- College degree in Design/Art/US
- Mac OS X fanboy/fangirl
- Illustration experience
- Designs featured in CSS Galleries
- CMS and/or Blog templating systems
- Good sense of humor
