What is gfxMarket.com? |

gfxMarket.com is an online platform that enables graphic designers and artists from around the world to find work and get found by potential clients. |

How does it work? |
| |
As a registered provider on gfxMarket, you can bid on projects posted by design buyers. If your bid is selected, you perform the requested services and invoice the buyer through our site once the project is completed. We collect the invoice payment from the buyer and remit it to you (less a commission charge). |

How much does it cost? |

Basic registration is free and there is no fee for posting bids on projects.
We charge a commission fee per paid invoice which varies depending on your membership type.
Our Premium Membership Fee structure is as follows:
1 Month - $25, 3 Months - $65, 6 Months - $120, 1 Year - $ 225 |

What are your commission rates and when do I pay commissions? |

Commission fees are 10% per paid invoice for Basic members and 5% for Premium members.
Commission fees are automatically deducted from invoice payments. |

What is the difference between Basic membership and Premium membership? |
| |
Premium membership gives you all the features of Basic membership such as unlimited bidding on projects, private messaging and invoice management with the added benefit of reduced project commission fees and the ability to bid on Premium projects. |

Do I have to be the lowest bidder to win? |
| |
No. It is up to the buyer to decide which bid to award the project to, regardless of whether it is the lowest or not. We do not believe in design at ridiculously low prices. For this same reason, all bids are sealed for all projects whether Basic or Premium. No longer do you have to compete with others trying to undercut your bid. |

When do I get paid? |

When you are awarded a project, all invoicing must be done through our site as per our Terms and Conditions. Once the buyer settles an invoice, the funds are deposited into your account. You can request withdrawals at any moment. |

What methods of payment do you provide for withdrawals? |
| |
We can send the funds to you through Paypal, by Wire Transfer or by check (US only). |

Can I invoice the buyer directly without going through your site? |
| |
Any work that is won through gfxMarket must be invoiced through our site. Your account will be suspended or banned if you request payment directly from the buyer. Once you have established a working relationship with the buyer, you are free to work with them outside the site if you wish. |

Will my earnings be visible to other users? |
| |
Your earnings amount will not be shown to other users. We use percentile ranking to show your earnings meaning that providers are ranked by commissions earned over 6 months and all time. Each green square represents one fifth of the providers earning on the site.
For example, a provider with four squares is in the 61st to 80th percentile.
